PINKS

Steve on PINKS. When the hit show PINKS came to town we were there. There is a really funny story about this but that will have to wait, just like our episode. We didn't get to finish before the track curfew hit so the crew is coming back in the spring to film again. Steve was riding a super cool ol' school built by the guys at Felony Flyers in Kent WA. Look for the bike in an upcoming issue of Street Chopper. As it turned out, Steve was scheduled to race the other bike too for none other than Ed Wallace Jr., owner of Destination Harley in Tacoma WA. Well Ed and Destination sponsor the Bonneville bike that Steve rides too so there was a bit of a dilemma. Ed ended up riding his own bike, but, he was wearing Steve’s new leathers. Watch for the update this spring.

Worlds Fastest Harley

Steve just got back from Bonneville where he ran the Destination Harley Destroyer, a production Harley Davidson. The average over the timed mile was 168.746 MPH making it the fastest a production Harley had ever been clocked. Next year the team will try to be the first gas Harley to go 200. Thanks to Destination Harley, Crazy Horse Motorcycles, Performance Coatings, Red Line Oil and Ed Wallace Jr.
